1. Use of Service

GrowReal (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides an Instagram automation tool that helps you manage engagement activities directly in your browser. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

GrowReal provides features such as:

• Auto DM
• Auto Engagement
• Free Audience Scraper
• Custom Tone
• Use with multiple Instagram accounts under a single subscription

GrowReal does not:

• Ask for or store your Instagram password
• Store your Instagram content or private messages
• Run on external servers to collect your social media data

You agree to use the Service in line with:

• Instagram’s terms and policies
• All applicable laws and regulations
• Ethical and non-abusive behavior standards

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate usage in cases of spam, abuse, violations of Instagram policies, illegal activity, misuse of the tool, or excessive automation that may risk platform safety.

2. Subscription & Billing

GrowReal operates on a monthly and annual subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment partners) to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing period.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel anytime via your account or by contacting support.
• All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant providers such as Stripe or Paddle.

3. Licensing

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the GrowReal extension in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the extension without our written consent
• Copy or modify the extension for unauthorized purposes
• Use the tool for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities

4. Limitation of Liability

GrowReal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Account restrictions, limitations, or bans imposed by Instagram or other platforms
• Any loss of business, revenue, or profits
• Service interruptions, bugs, or downtime
• Acts or omissions of third parties
• Misuse of the Service by the user

You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for complying with platform rules.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have violated:

• These Terms
• Instagram’s guidelines or other platform rules
• Applicable laws or regulations
• Fair usage limits or safety practices

You may terminate your subscription at any time by cancelling it. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund (see Refund Policy below).

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GrowReal operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be handled in that jurisdiction’s courts.

Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Every new user receives a free trial with 100 actions so you can fully test GrowReal before upgrading to a paid plan.

2. Refund Eligibility

We may issue refunds only in specific cases, such as:

• You were charged by mistake
• You were charged after cancelling on time
• The tool was non-functional and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of you contacting us

Refunds are not provided for reasons such as:

• “I changed my mind”
• “I didn’t use it”
• Instagram or platforms limiting your actions because of misuse
• Violations of Instagram’s or other platforms’ policies
• Using the tool in ways that go against recommended guidelines or restrictions

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@growreal.co with the subject line “Refund Request” and include relevant details about your account and issue. Our team typically responds within 48–72 hours.

Cookie Policy

GrowReal processes only limited types of data, such as:

GrowReal does not process:

• Instagram passwords
• Instagram content or posts
• Private messages or DMs from your accounts
• Full social media account data
